The Duncan Ridge Trail
The Duncan Ridge Trail has got to be one of the toughest 50K's in the Southeast with more than 10,000 feet of elevation gain. The North Georgia Mountains is the setting for this challenging "race of races" and Amateur Radio Operators are stationed along the trail, ready and able to support this event.
This race uses the Coosa Back-country Trail and the Duncan Ridge Trail, which is considered one of the toughest trails in Georgia. The race will start and finish at Vogel State Park’s Lake Trahlyta in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains.
